ICONOGRAPHIC MOVIE POSTERS: Fantasy in the ’80s
A collection of black and white iconographic pictograph prints inspired by some timeless ’80s cult films. Such films as Little Monsters, Willow, The Karate Kid, and The Goonies were the films of legend during my childhood. I pay tribute to them now with these minimalist iconographic prints.
Part of a collection of black and white iconographic prints inspired by some timeless cult films. Little Monsters was a great film about adventure, discovery, and appreciation of one’s family. But, above all else, it was about the world of monsters which live under our beds.
Little preview of a poster I am working on. Based on the movie Evil Dead; a movie I had never seen until last night… It is sticking in my brain space a lot longer than I expected…

Scifi and Fantasy Rides
What’s your fantasy ride?
I’m looking to continue my momentum with this series of designs and was thinking possible a Burton era batmobile in addition to the TRON light cycle, Doctor Who TARDIS, and Back to the Future DeLorean. You can get the idea that what I am going for here is a dynamic retro-futurist look to the artwork. Toss me some ideas if you like, I’d love to hear about some of your favorite scifi/fantasy whips!

By special request; a new Doctor Who inspired art poster!
11”x17” modern design poster with art inspired by the “The Shakespeare Code” episode of Doctor Who. The illustration shows the three witches’ spirits floating around their crystal ball as they prepare for nefarious activities. The quote is from the end of the episode, “Expelliarmus! Good old JK!”
Eureka Road Signs Warn of Coming Apocalypses..
I think the gang would have been able to avoid a lot of headaches had some of these road signs been surreptitiously placed ahead of time. Such gems as Extra-Dimensional Cattle Crossings, Purloined Electromagnetic Activity, Irradiated Combustion Zones, Residential Fallout Shelters, Super-Locomotive Crossing, Free-Levitating Traffic Lights, Areas of Gravitational Instability, Meteorological Instability, and Portable Forcefield Expansion Zones…
